With over 15 years of experience across many industries of technical and business knowledge, Fabian mainly drives tasks in the areas of GoToMarket and Sales in his role as Managing Director at Steadforce.

In his free time, Fabian enjoys spending time in the mountains, skiing, mountain-biking or trail running whether in the alps or anywhere around the world.
In the field of economics, Claudia is a true expert having an experience of more than 28 years working self-employed and over 11 years being a part of Steadforce. AS CFO, Claudia ensures a sustainably successful economic basis for the realization of Steadforce's visions and core values.
In her spare time, she likes riding her bike and spending time in nature.
Stephan helps clients to develop innovative solutions with Analytics and AI, create data strategies and automate processes and applications in industry and healthcare. Furthermore, he is passionate about driving these technologies in science and teaching.
Apart from work, Stephan is enthusiastic about watching basketball.
