An automotive OEM wanted an after sales platform to support the troubleshooting process from the dealer through the sales companies to the central office.

Challenge

The introduction of new model ranges causes an extreme increase of the complexity, that can't be handled by the system and leads to long workshop stays.

Solution

Our solution was an integrated system with bidirectional communication between different organization levels and an automated translation process.

With our integrated system information is available immediately in around 20 languages for more than 40,000 users in over 150 countries.
