Administration system for applying for certification of medical training with a dynamic data pool system that enables collaboration among users.
Several medical associations with more than 180,000 registered members needed an application to allow training organizers to apply electronically for certification of their medical training.
The web-based system for a large group of portal users should be simple and intuitive to use. The application process should make it possible to access already known information in order to minimise the effort for the applicant.
Our solution was a dynamic data pool. This allows defined user groups to share and reuse the available data without interrupting the application process.
More than 10,000 applications for training certification are successfully submitted via the web application per month. Through the verification and correction of data by the medical associations and the reuse of this data, the application process leads to fewer queries and allows the departments to focus on their main task: the certification of training content.
